Co-creating Liberatory Neurodivergent-Affirming Learning Spaces.
Coaching
Because “Just Try Harder” Isn’t a Strategy.

Our coaching offerings are designed with neurodivergent brains in mind — especially those navigating executive functioning differences, late diagnosis/identification, and obsessive thought loops. Whether you’re struggling to get started, unlearning internalized shame, or just trying to make peace with how your mind works, you’re in the right place.
We offer 1:1 and group coaching to support you in:
-
Getting sh*t done (eventually) — without shame, urgency, or productivity panic
-
Processing late-diagnosed neurodivergence — and integrating it into your life with care
-
Navigating intrusive thoughts and mental loops — using inference-based tools and gentle guidance
This is coaching that works with your brain, not against it — no fixing, no pressure, no pretending to be someone you’re not.
Coaching That Gets You (Even When You Don’t Get Yourself Yet)
This isn’t your typical coaching space—and you’re not here because you need to be “fixed.” You’re here because you’re finally starting to understand how your brain actually works—and you want support that works with it.
We coach late-identified Autistic and/or ADHD adults, and folks navigating OCD—not with generic productivity hacks or “mindset shifts,” but with real strategies that center your needs, your lived experience, and your capacity.
No toxic positivity. No shame. Just support that makes sense for you.
You might be here if…
-
You’ve recently been diagnosed or self-identified as Autistic, ADHD, OCD—or some beautiful combo—and you’re unpacking years of internalized “shoulds.”
-
You’re tired of fighting your executive function every time you try to get anything done—chores, creative work, appointments, or just answering that one damn email.
-
You’ve always been labeled “smart but scattered” or “lazy but gifted”—and you’re starting to realize it was never about effort.
-
You can’t stop looping on intrusive thoughts, even when you know they’re irrational. You want tools that don’t gaslight your brain.
-
You want to stop masking, but have no idea who you are underneath all that effort.
-
You’ve read all the threads. Listened to all the podcasts. You’re intellectually aware—but you’re still stuck.
And you’re tired of doing this alone.
Our Coaching Offers
We’re here to help you unlearn what wasn’t built for you, reconnect with how you actually work, and co-create systems and strategies that don’t feel like punishment.
Each offering is grounded in neurodivergent-affirming frameworks, evidence-based tools, and a deep belief:
👉 You’re not broken. Your brain just hasn’t been supported correctly—until now.
What Our Coaching Isn’t:
-
Therapy
-
A fix-it-fast mindset
-
One-size-fits-all productivity
-
Gaslighting your intuition
-
Shame-as-motivation
We believe you’re not behind.
You’re not too much.
You’re not a failure.
You’re not broken.
You’re just here—and that’s more than enough to begin.
Individual Coaching
🧠 Personalized support, one-on-one.
You’ll meet privately with a coach who gets how your brain works—and won’t try to make you fit a neurotypical mold. Together, you’ll set goals, unpack stuck points, and co-create strategies tailored to your specific patterns, needs, and lived experiences.
→ This is for you if you want custom tools, flexible pacing, and deeper space to process.

Get Sh*t Done (Eventually)
This is for folks who know what they need to do… but still can’t do it. We’ll work together to create task systems, body-doubling routines, and nervous system-aware tools that actually work for your brain (and your life).
🌀 ADHD-friendly planning
🧠 Autistic burnout recovery support
💬 Gentle accountability without pressure
Because “just do it” was never designed with our nervous systems in mind.

You’re Not Broken: Coaching After Late Diagnosis
Getting a diagnosis (self or professional)—or even just a lightbulb moment—can shake everything.
This coaching space is for you if you’re unpacking a lifetime of “what if I had known sooner?” and starting to see yourself more clearly.
We’ll work through identity grief, self-trust rebuilding, and internalized ableism—at your pace.

Inference-Based Coaching for Thought Loops
OCD-Informed 1:1 coaching for intrusive thoughts + stuck patterns
You know it’s “just a thought”—but that doesn’t stop the loop. This coaching is built for folks who have obsessive and compulsive tendencies, or anxiety and ruminative thought patterns who want support that’s affirming, strategic, and not behavioral pressure in disguise.
🧭 Based on Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT) principles
💡 We explore why your brain clings to certain stories—and how to gently unhook
Group Coaching
🌱 Shared space, collective healing.
Group coaching brings together a small circle of people navigating similar challenges—whether that’s executive dysfunction, late diagnosis, or OCD thought loops. Each group is lightly structured and includes guided discussion, shared resources, and plenty of space to feel seen, supported, and not-so-alone.
→ This is for you if you value community, shared reflection, and knowing you’re not the only one.

Get Sh*t Done (Eventually) Group Coaching
Small group coaching & community care
You don’t have to white-knuckle your to-do list alone. In this small group series, we’ll build custom strategies, explore time/task neurodivergence, and practice co-regulation together—with folks who get it.

You’re Not Broken: Group Coaching After Late Diagnosis
Shared healing with people who just found the same puzzle piece.
Late diagnosis/identification doesn’t just change how you see yourself—it changes everything. In this group, we explore what it means to reconnect with yourself outside of shame, burnout, and performance. With structure, reflection, and community, we build new stories together.

Inference-Based Group Coaching for Thought Loops
Collective unhooking, reflection, and relief
You’re not the only one stuck in your head. This group explores I-CBT-style frameworks in a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can see your experiences reflected back—and find new ways to respond.
