Our coaching offerings are designed with neurodivergent brains in mind — especially those navigating executive functioning differences, late diagnosis/identification, and obsessive thought loops. Whether you’re struggling to get started, unlearning internalized shame, or just trying to make peace with how your mind works, you’re in the right place.

 

We offer 1:1 and group coaching to support you in:

 

  • Getting sh*t done (eventually) — without shame, urgency, or productivity panic

  • Processing late-diagnosed neurodivergence — and integrating it into your life with care

  • Navigating intrusive thoughts and mental loops — using inference-based tools and gentle guidance

We coach late-identified Autistic and/or ADHD adults, and folks navigating OCD—not with generic productivity hacks or “mindset shifts,” but with real strategies that center your needs, your lived experience, and your capacity.

You’re Not Broken: Coaching After Late Diagnosis

Getting a diagnosis (self or professional)—or even just a lightbulb moment—can shake everything.

 

This coaching space is for you if you’re unpacking a lifetime of “what if I had known sooner?” and starting to see yourself more clearly.

 

We’ll work through identity grief, self-trust rebuilding, and internalized ableism—at your pace.

OCD-Informed 1:1 coaching for intrusive thoughts + stuck patterns

 

You know it’s “just a thought”—but that doesn’t stop the loop. This coaching is built for folks who have obsessive and compulsive tendencies, or anxiety and ruminative thought patterns who want support that’s affirming, strategic, and not behavioral pressure in disguise.

Group coaching brings together a small circle of people navigating similar challenges—whether that’s executive dysfunction, late diagnosis, or OCD thought loops. Each group is lightly structured and includes guided discussion, shared resources, and plenty of space to feel seen, supported, and not-so-alone.

You don’t have to white-knuckle your to-do list alone. In this small group series, we’ll build custom strategies, explore time/task neurodivergence, and practice co-regulation together—with folks who get it.
